Or perhaps you’d like to know a bit more about the people you’ll be working with at Frentz & Frentz. We can answer all of these questions and ensure your case is handled in a professional manner that makes the process as simple as possible for you so that you can focus on your recovery.

Your initial consultation is free and there is never a fee unless we win your case.

First Call

During your first call to Frentz and Frentz, we will want to know:

• When and how did your accident or injury occur
• What injuries did you suffer
• What medical care have you received
• If you’ve had any wage loss
• If you’ve had a property damage claim

First Meeting

If you have available, it is helpful to bring:

For Personal Injury and Wrongful Death:

• The name and address of the party responsible for your injury
• Any supporting documentation, including photos
• Any correspondence you’ve received from the insurance companies

For Auto Accidents:

• The police report
• Photos of the accident scene or the vehicles involved
• Photographs showing physical signs of injuries (such as bruising, scarring, cuts, casts, etc.)
• The declarations page from your insurance policy that shows the policy limits available
• The names and addresses of any witnesses
• Any correspondence you’ve received from the insurance companies
