Our practice is limited to personal injury. We handle automobile, semitrailer and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, scar cases, slip-and-fall, and medical malpractice cases as well as other personal injury matters. Frentz & Frentz represents only accident victims -- never insurance companies. We feel this is important in our work because it allows us to focus strictly on our clients' needs and to provide them with the best representation. All cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. This means there is NO FEE UNLESS THERE IS A RECOVERY in the case. The law firm is paid a percentage of the amount recovered. We work to maximize our clients' results through settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial of bodily injury claims. We pursue arbitration should our clients' own insurance companies deny payment of any medical expenses or wage-loss benefits.
